We present Pioneer, our revolutionary supplier of clean denim, made with the lowest possible impact on the planet.
Unlike normal jeans factories,
this LEED platinum-certified production site saves up to 68% water
compared to conventional processes, reduces its carbon footprint by using at least
50% renewable energy,
recycles about 98% of its production waste
to create new items and
applies circular logic to each stage of its work,
even reusing the cotton seeds discarded from previous processing activities.

An overall water saving (from production to dyeing) of 63% compared to a conventional process.
By 2023, the reverse osmosis purification system will recycles the process water into drinking water.
In addition to collecting rainwater (with an installation that can hold 20,000 litres per year), the consumption of water in the dyeing process has been reduced to a minimum thanks to the development of new technologies.

of energy per year
In addition to Leed platinum certification, as recognition of extremely advanced environmental standards, Pioneer is also Cradle to Cradle certified, as it adheres to the principles of circularity in various ways, including the use of at least 50% renewable energy to reduce its carbon footprint.

Process waste is recycled, using up to 98% to make new items.
Even cotton seeds that are not used in the textile process are recycled as food for the cows that live in the factory gardens and produce milk that is then given to the workers’ families.
